When at school don't be afraid to ask around. Ask your friends for recommendations on good places to eat around your school. Go into places and ask any questions you might have about the items on the menu. Just don't give in to fatty foods easily; make an effort to find something healthy. You can most likely find a salad (skip the dressing) or something similar.
Watch What You Eat At Home

If you're not truly hungry and just want a small snack, get a piece of fruit.
Keep in mind that your health is important, thus make an effort to change your eating habits. Also, don't forget to drink milk on a regular basis to keep your bones healthy!
